Exchange / Return and refund terms

In Garibaldi we do everything possible to offer our customers a satisfactory purchase experience. This is why we offer exchange or return of goods in case of errors or faulty goods.

 

Our terms:

 

  • The customer has 7 working days from the day he or she receives the goods, to ask for an exchange of goods, or to return them and ask for a refund.
  • We do not accept exchange or return of used goods.
  • The goods must be returned in the same conditions in which they were delivered, in the original packaging and with the original labelling.
  • The cost for exchanging or returning goods is to be upheld by the customer except in the following cases:
    • Faulty goods (expenses upheld by the shop)
    • Change of size (return and new delivery both upheld by the shop) from the third delivery or for other reasons the delivery charges shall be upheld by the customer.
